Accessibility statement

What we do to keep this site usable by everyone, what is still imperfect, and how to tell us.

Our commitment

GII, Gestion Immobilière en Israël treats access to information as part of the service. An owner following their property from abroad, a tenant preparing an application, a visitor reading a listing: each of them should be able to do so whatever their sight, hearing, mobility or device.

This site was built and corrected with that in mind, and we keep improving it.

Standard applied and target level

We apply the Israeli standard IS 5568, which adopts the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, in line with the Israeli service accessibility regulations for people with disabilities.

The site targets level AA. Last review carried out on 18 September 2026.

That review combined an automated audit of every page template with manual checks: keyboard navigation, contrast ratios calculated one by one, heading order, form labels, declared language of content, and behaviour at high magnification.

What is in place

  • Text and background colours meeting at least the 4.5 contrast ratio required for body text.
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a skip link to the main content and a visible outline on the active element.
  • Page structure announced correctly: ordered headings, header, navigation, main content and footer landmarks.
  • Informative images described; decorative images ignored by screen readers.
  • Every form field tied to a visible label.
  • Links inside a block of text recognisable by more than their colour.
  • Hebrew words inside a French or English sentence marked as Hebrew, so speech software pronounces them correctly.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200 % without losing content or function.
  • The site exists in French, English and Hebrew, each with its own writing direction.

Settings you can switch on

The accessibility icon at the bottom of every page opens four settings: larger text, stronger contrast, underlined links, animations stopped. Your choice stays on your device for future visits and can be cleared in one click.

If your device already asks for reduced motion, the site follows it without any setting on your side.

Known limits

  • The filmed property tours are silent and have no commentary. The written description of the property, with its detailed features, is on the same page.
  • Property listings are written in French only. We are happy to present a property over the phone in English or Hebrew.
  • Some third party content, such as the Google map of our office, is outside our control and may not be fully accessible. The address and directions are always given in text as well.
