What is collected

Only the contact form collects data: name, telephone, email address, location of the property, the situation you select and the content of your message. The only required fields are your name and one way of reaching you.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to handle your enquiry and to get back to you. The legal basis is your own voluntary step, ahead of a possible management agreement.

Who receives it

The data is processed by GII and hosted by o2switch, in France. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept for three years from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then according to applicable legal retention requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Simply write to investisrael3@gmail.com. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority, which in France is the CNIL.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party commercial trackers. Fonts, scripts and images are served from the site’s own domain, with no calls to outside servers. If analytics are enabled later, this page will be updated and consent collected where the law requires it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries received through the form are stored in a password-protected administration area.
