The partners
GII is run by its two founders, partners since 2012. No platform, no call centre: decisions are taken here in Netanya, by the people who know your file.
Eric started GII in 2012 for owners abroad who hold a property in Israel and cannot look after it themselves. He set the rule the whole business runs on: no lease is signed without going through the law firm, and no keys are handed over before the guarantees are in place.

Franck opens and follows the new files. He is the one you speak to on the first call: he places the property, works out the rent it can achieve, explains what management covers and gets the file moving. He is also the way in for a purchase or a sale.

Four functions share the life of a let property. You have one point of contact, but behind them each subject is handled by the person whose job it is.

Leases and guarantees prepared with our partner law firm and checked before signature.
Call-outs, quotes, contractors, claims and preventive upkeep of the properties we manage.

Our legal partner
Every lease and every guarantee we have signed goes through Chouraki & Attia Law Office. Their work is included in our management fee, with no surcharge and no exception.
Our other partners
Tradespeople. Plumbers, electricians, air conditioning engineers and painters we have been calling for years. They turn up because they work with us regularly, and their quotes come to us before they come to you.
Accountants. We do not give tax advice. When your situation calls for it, we point you to a professional based in Israel who speaks your language, and we supply the rent statements they need.
Photographers. The properties we market are shot by a professional. That is the difference between a listing people open and a listing people scroll past.
