If you own a property

Yours could be listed here

Every property on this page belongs to an owner who handed us the management. We handle the letting, the lease, the guarantees and the follow-up; they receive the rent.

If your apartment is empty, or let and becoming a burden, tell us where it is. You will get a rent assessment and a realistic timeline for letting it.

If you are looking to rent

How a letting works here

  1. You call us and we confirm the property is still available.
  2. Viewing on site, at a time that suits you, evenings included.
  3. Application: employment, guarantor, identity documents.
  4. Lease prepared by the law firm, guarantees collected, condition report.
  5. Keys handed over.

No agency fee is charged to the tenant beyond what the contract provides for.

The lease

What you sign, and what you pay

An Israeli lease runs for the term written into the contract, most often twelve months, with or without an extension option. It is drafted by the law firm that works with us, and it states who pays what: rent, building charges, arnona, day-to-day upkeep, and what happens if someone leaves early.

The guarantees are not paperwork. They are what counts on the day of an unpaid rent or a damaged apartment: deposit lodged, guarantor bound, Shtar ’Hov signed before the keys change hands, condition report and furniture inventory drawn up on entry.

Where we work

Where the properties we manage are

Our offices are at 26 Dizengoff in Netanya, with the entrance on Kikar Atzmaout. Viewings start from there, which is why most of the properties we manage are in Netanya and along the coastal strip.

Frequently asked questions about renting

What documents do you ask an applicant for?

Identity, something that establishes employment and income, and a guarantor. The guarantees set out in the lease are collected before the keys change hands, not after.

Who pays arnona and vaad bayit?

On a residential letting, arnona and building charges are usually the tenant’s for the term of the lease. The contract says so, and we check it before signature.

How long is a lease in Israel?

Most often twelve months, with or without an extension option. The term, the notice period and the exit conditions are written into the contract.

Can you view an apartment from abroad?

Yes. We view it for you and film the rooms, the stairwell and the real view, then answer your questions on what the video cannot show.

Is there an agency fee for the tenant?

Nothing is charged to you beyond what the contract provides for, and you see the contract before you commit.
