Viewings when people are free
Applicants view in the evening or on Friday morning. Being nearby means not losing good applicants for want of a slot.
Netanya
Our office is at 26 Dizengoff, with the entrance on Kikar Atzmaut. Viewings, condition reports and contractor appointments all start from there.
Netanya holds one of the largest concentrations of overseas owners in the country. Many bought to prepare a move, to house the family in summer, or to put savings into a place they know.
Managing those apartments means being a few minutes away by car, not a few hours by plane. A tenant reporting a leak on a Sunday morning, a viewing to fit in during the evening, a tradesman to let in: that is settled on the ground.
Owners passing through are welcome at the office, by appointment. Many use a trip to take stock of their property.

Netanya is not one market. Rent, applicant profile and time to let change from one neighbourhood to the next.
We also work beyond Netanya, in the cities where owners living abroad buy most.
On the ground
Applicants view in the evening or on Friday morning. Being nearby means not losing good applicants for want of a slot.
A plumber travels for a regular client. Far less so for an unknown number calling from overseas.
Two visits a year inside the let apartment, checking its condition, its upkeep and whether the lease is being respected.
Good to know
Our office is in Netanya, 26 Dizengoff, with the entrance on Kikar Atzmaut. We work in Netanya and the surrounding area, and in the main cities where overseas owners buy. The simplest thing is to call us with the address: if we are not the right people for that property, we will say so.
Twice a year. The inspection covers the condition of the property, how it is being looked after and whether the tenant is meeting their obligations. It is what catches a leak or neglected maintenance before it turns into a serious bill at the end of the tenancy.
That is the situation of most owners we work with, whether they are in New York, London, Toronto or Paris. You do not need to fly in: we show the apartment, vet the applicants, sign the lease with the tenant and run the day-to-day on the ground.
You deal with us in English or French. Decisions that commit your money, a repair quote for instance, always come back to you first.
Come by at 26 Dizengoff, entrance on Kikar Atzmaut, or call us. We know the street your apartment is on.
